Malibu Estate Protection was founded by a former Marine Corps Sergeant with a degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Sociology. The approach of MEP differs from that of many other security companies. Our approach is not only focused on security tactics, but also emphasize customer service. We integrate our agents to form part of the property management team by annotating issues which they might see throughout their patrols. Our CEO has served as Director of Security and Estate Manager for HNWI and takes the initiative in going the extra mile for our clients.
MEP can provide quality security agents to fit any of our clients’ needs. Our tiered system of security operations can accommodate depending on the logistics and threat level of our clients’ scenarios.
MEP Executive Protection agents are highly trained professionals with years of experience and accomplishments in Executive Protection and Dignitary Protection. MEP Executive Protection agents have protected not only the lives and families of dignitaries, celebrities, and high net worth individuals, but their reputations and standings in their communities as well. Our agents use discretion and tact as their primary tools when dealing with the public.
All of MEP Executive Protection agents are trained to keep themselves out of the client’s way of life, but at the same time attending to the client’s security needs. This is a delicate balance that needs to be maintained in order to allow the client to be comfortable and secure in their surroundings.
Our Security and Executive Protection agents will be assigned to provide static security at guard posts, roving security patrols on property, and CCTV monitoring at designated command posts. Additionally, our agents will provide close protection services for clients as they leave property and as-needed basis outside of the property. For the duration of the assignment, MEP anticipates fulfillment of the role of protecting the client’s property, reputation, and physical well-being using proactive security measures. The proactive measures include liberal use of threat assessments on various subjects of interests and organizations. We will develop information in key industries in order to obtain intelligence, video, and written documentation of all activities related to the estate. Security and Executive Protection agents will keep records and documents in order to assist in any future civil or criminal sanction per the interest of the client.
MEP does not advocate the unnecessary use of physical force to protect physical property or human lives. Our responsibility is to provide a safe environment for our clients without overly encumbering into the clients’ private or professional life. Our focus will be to provide a professional presence while securing the client’s activities on the estate as well as outside of it.
All communication with Security and Executive Protection agents will be along common methods. Administrative issues (timecards, incident report submittals, duty logs, etc.) will be emailed by the supervisor or program manager using the dedicated email address. In the event you have an emergency and you require immediate assistance, contact the site supervisor. If the situation does not require immediate assistance, leave the message with the site supervisor and it will be retrieved in a timely manner.
In the event of an emergency, MEP Security and Executive Protection agents will immediately call police, fire, and medical services as appropriate. Furthermore, MEP agents will call management staff via mobile phone and review the situation.
